Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer the time to another family in need.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if you miss an appointment without notifying us, a fee will be charged.
