Billing

We accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.  

We're currently completing credentialing with Aetna and anticipate accepting Aetna soon.

• If your insurance plan includes out‑of‑network benefits, you're welcome to submit claims yourself.
• Payment for all occupational therapy visits is due at the time of service, each session.
• Payment is accepted in the form of cash or cashier's check.
• We will provide a superbill – the detailed documentation you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Please note that we cannot guarantee insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for verifying insurance benefits, tracking visit limits, deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, exclusions, and medical necessity prior to receiving OT services.
